  • The Exchange welcomes weddings, nonprofit galas, corporate events, fundraisers, holiday parties, private celebrations, and gatherings of all kinds.

  • Complete our inquiry form with your preferred date and event details, and our team will get back to you with availability and next steps.

  • Every rental includes exclusive access to your reserved event spaces, planning guidance and venue walkthroughs, custom floor plans, on-site staff throughout your event, and complete setup and breakdown of venue inventory. Venue inventory includes enough tables and chairs for up to 250 guests. Basic surround sound audio and an uplighting package are also included.

  • Yes. The Exchange Building features a dedicated parking lot with more than 100 spaces. The venue has priority access after 5 p.m. on weekdays and throughout the weekend. Additional parking garages, surface lots, and public transit are all within walking distance.

  • The Exchange offers access to our Main Hall, rooftop, getting-ready suites, and additional support spaces. We’ll walk you through the options to create the experience that’s right for your event.

  • Yes. The rooftop is available as an optional add-on for ceremonies, cocktail hours, receptions, or private gatherings.

  • Yes. Private getting-ready suites are available to reserve, giving you and your wedding party a comfortable place to relax and prepare before the celebration begins.

  • We partner with a curated selection of approved caterers to ensure every event is beautifully executed. With a range of cuisines, service styles, and budgets to choose from, there’s something for every celebration. If you’d like to work with a caterer outside our preferred list, just let us know—we’re happy to walk you through the approval process.

  • Yes. We’re happy to share our trusted network of photographers, planners, florists, DJs, and other event professionals. While catering is selected from our approved partners, you’re welcome to bring your own vendor team for the rest of your celebration.
